I’m liking this podcast. I appreciate that you discussed building trust first. I also believe it is important to accept that a principal is probably not going to have time to give effective or meaningful feedback on lesson plans for an entire staff. It seems like creating an environment where lesson plans are necessary for the teacher is going to have more impact than requiring lesson plans and never checking them. Thanks for the podcast.
